For ages 4 to 7, we offer a fun way to introduce your child to martial arts and develop their physical and social confidence.
From ages 8 to 13, we offer kickboxing classes in casual and sports-based approaches, depending on your child and their goals.
Kickboxing is a great way to stay fit and lose weight, and has a variety of levels we teach; from casual beginners doing it for some social activity to hardcore fighters wanting to get in the ring.
